Little Charlie with a cowlick! Dani in little khaki shorts with her hands jammed on her hips and GLARING at people twice her size! Charlie and Dani could be next-door neighbors and their parents are all friends and stuff (Charlie was wrongly put in detention for five years because of a rather weird incident in Kindergarten that Charlie's still trying to figure out and that's how he met Ted!) and Charlie's dad is all "You take care of that little girl in school there, Charlie!"
Not know, of course, that Dani's been shaking down Charlie's friends for their milk money since she turned five and realized that if you ran everywhere you could kick really hard and being tiny can sometimes be awesome.
